Who we are

Probitas is operated by Irakli Petriashvili, PhD. Contact: ip250@sussex.ac.uk.

What we collect

Your name, work email, organisation, your institution profile (country, type, stage of AI use, main use), your answers to the 25 controls, the report generated for you, and technical logs.

Why

To provide your report and let you return to it (legal basis: performance of the service you request). To produce anonymised, aggregated research on public sector AI readiness, only if you tick the research box (legal basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time).

Where

Data is stored in the European Union (Google Cloud, europe-west1, Belgium). Google acts as our processor. Sign in is provided by Google Firebase Authentication. AI processing uses Google Gemini on Vertex AI.

How long

Account and assessment data are kept for 24 months after your last sign in, then deleted. Anonymised aggregate statistics may be kept longer.

Sharing

We do not sell your data and do not share identifiable data with third parties, except our processors.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or deletion, or withdraw research consent, by emailing ip250@sussex.ac.uk. You may also complain to your data protection authority.

AI content

Reports contain text written by AI. They can contain mistakes and are not legal advice.
